Matt and Jesse arrived at the specified time, explained what they were going to do and identified potential problem areas. They kept the front door as closed as possible to minimize air conditioning loss. They protected the wall corners and spent a great deal of time cleaning two couches. After they finished cleaning, they provided us with plastic booties to wear until the carpet dried and walked us through the areas cleaned. Everything dried in less time than they told us. The couches and the carpets look great. I will definitely use Tread Lightly again and will recommend them to my friends.
